Q/ What if I place my order after 11:00am and want next day delivery?
A/ We will do our very best to get your order out the next day in order to meet transport deadlines. In order to guarantee next day delivery we require your order to be placed by 11:00am the day prior.

Q/ What time will I get my delivery? Can I request a specific time?
A/ Our delivery vehicles leave our depots at various times of the day and have runs programmed to our clients geographical location on that day (this varies depending on who orders and the delivery schedule). You can expect delivery daily between 8:00am to 3:00pm, requests will be considered, and where possible accommodated, but MEATONLINE cannot guarantee this as we are an online business.

Q/ Are the products offered on MEATONLINE purchased from oversees?
A/ No all our products are sourced from Australian suppliers only.

Q/ What if I want a special brand or breed of product?
A/ Simply email us and a customer representative will call you and discuss what best suits your requirements.

Q/ What if I purchase a particular brand or product that is not in stock?
A/ On the rare occasion it does, one of our friendly customer service representatives will contact you and discuss an alternative product or place it on back order for you; subject to your instructions.

Q/ Do you serve the public?
A/ No, at this point we only allow trade customers to buy meat online, as we require a business delivery address that is attended during delivery hours.

Q/ How long will Cryovac meat primals last from production date?
A/ Different brands and different grades of meat from all species have a varying shelf life due to many different factors, the best way to ensure maximum shelf life is to refrigerate all chilled product at the lowest temperature possible, but do not freeze. The closer to zero degrees you can get, the better. Treat the product carefully and do not throw it around or stack other products on top of it that may cause the vacuum seal to break. Should this occur, the best course of action is to remove the cut from the bag, slice or prepare it how you see fit, then freeze the product to cease bacterial growth. Our customer service representatives are available to guide you on shelf life of particular brands and breeds, but as a conservative estimate: beef 4 to 8 weeks, lamb 2 to 4 weeks, pork 2 to 4 weeks, fresh poultry 7 days, the majority of frozen products 12 to 18 months from production date.

Q/ Do you have products available for export markets outside of Australia?
A/ Yes we do. At the top of the page “Switch to international site” click on this link and login into our MEATONLINE international website. One of our customer service representatives will respond to your inquiry within 24 hours.

Q) What if I require a certain amount of weight of a specific product on my order?
A) We cannot guarantee an exact amount since all our products are sold in whole cartons and all primals cuts vary in weight. However, you can request when placing your order under special comments/requirements the amount of kilos you require for that product and we will do our very best to get it as close as possible for you.

Q/  Do you sell halal certified products?
A/ Yes, we stock many halal products, for any specific product please email our team at info@meatonline.com.au. Alternately, when you place your order please note in the special requirements column PRODUCT MUST BE HALAL.
